THEY ARE SCAMMERS
We are going to explain how they work to rob you
STEP 1
Normally someone will contact you by Telegram to offer a unique business opportunity, investing money in growing companies. For instance,
These companies actually exist, but everything you see on the SeedChange site is FALSE. If you link to one of them, it takes you to an explanatory page within the SeedChange site and from that page it is possible to access the company's page, which is obviously also false and is controlled by them, in order to control eventual queries that they may receive from potential investors.
Note: the address of SeedChange, the people that appear in the Our Team section, even the look and feel of the page were also stolen from the legit and original SeedChange company that worked until 2020.
It is very likely that this scam is handled from Europe, since they do not allow the participation of American citizens, so the US regulators do not have jurisdiction over them.
STEP 2
Your Sponsor will offer you to transfer 50 or 100 dollars to try the platform. And it will give you access to the "SeedChange Global Chat", the Telegram group, where impressive investors publish their earnings daily. For example:

In my case my sponsor was a sweet grandmother who said she lived somewhere in the UK, but the cell phone number was from the Czech Republic.
STEP 3
Finally, you invest some money according to your possibilities. Your sponsor, that if you have not yet realized it is part of the criminal organization, "pushes" you to invest more.
He even offers to make an investment together (with someone you don't know!) And offers to send you money so that you can make the investment for both of you.
For a while you receive your payments regularly, until one day ...
STEP 4
... the problems begin. You cannot withdraw your winnings, or transfer it. They simply cancel your operations. When you write to support, they ask you for additional information, or whatever. You know scammers (liars) have many resources to carry out their crimes. And the funniest thing is that those who assist you in support are:

All SeedChange support staff use fake photos and names of athletes or actors.
STEP 5: The lies of liars have no limits...
Finally someone contacts you to continue with the next stage of the scam: They need you to register your personal data (which they did not do when opening the account), and the next step is the payment of taxes for investing in American companies.
As you can see, nothing says yet about tax issue.
STEP 6: Tax
Here we have several things from what they say:
1.- You have to pay taxes for the return of capital and profits. It sounds a bit strange because taxes are always paid on net profit.
2.- You have to pay taxes if you have invested in American companies. It happens that I invested in companies that are not American.
3.- They send you the tax form completed by SeedChange Execution Services, the company from which the website was stolen and which no longer exists.
Take a look, it says year 2018-2019 ? OK, let's not worry, please tell me how do I pay the taxes?

But the question is, do these people live in the USA?
The answer is obvious: surely not.
Conclusion
These people seem to be out of the USA, in spite of in their Terms of Use says: " The Service is controlled and operated by facilities in the United States."

All emails come from IPs in Europe (they might use VPN, and in that case the question would be why they do that)

It is registered in Hong Kong, and hosted in the USA.

4.- Founders of the true SeedChange
Fortunately I was able to contact one of them and he told me this:
"Please do not confuse Seedchange with the website at scinvesting.com, which has no connection with Seedchange other than to have stolen our trademarks, copyrights and company details. Neither of us has ever had any connection to scinvesting.com
I discovered this site at the beginning of September and immediately reported it to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the US Federal Trade Commission, the FBI, the California Department of Financial Oversight and the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network. It is obviously a scam and no one who transferred any funds to this platform should expect any money back. Because the site is based in Europe and apparently has not allowed any US investors to join, US regulators have no jurisdiction over it."
These people are the original founders of SeedChange, and scinvesting publishes their photos and names on their fake website
5.- Last, but not least, they not only deceive people and take their money, but they also intend to collect taxes on behalf of the United States government.

On the other hand, 2 new groups have appeared in telegram, one of them with almost 6000 users (of course most of them must be fake or stolen identities) many of them from Arab countries, which suggests that they are organizing some massive scam in the Middle East.
